Delaying payments totaling $5,700


On August 15, 2018 I requested 5 withdrawals totaling $11,950 from Palace of Chance. I received the first two payments of $2500 each (before fees, etc) by Sept. 29. The third withdrawal request for $2450 was divided into $1250 (which got approved) and $1200 (which was returned back to pending withdrawals as payment by check status. (I do not use anything but wire transfer.) I had to reverse the withdrawal of the $1200 and re-request it as wire transfer and now has a new pending withdrawal date. I received the $1250 (minus fees) by wire transfer on Oct 23, 2018. The second portion of $1200 is still in pending withdrawal status. I have inquired several times and also been in contact with my VIP rep but still waiting. I have done all the documentation required. I also inquired as to the reason for splitting withdrawals that are already within the scope of the rules of $2500 max. I was told that POC's processor can split payments if they choose AND send portions back to pending status. ??? I have NEVER had that happen before nor have I read that rule anywhere. I would appreciate info on that if possible. Now my fourth pending withdrawal requested August 15 of $2350 has AGAIN been divided into two payments of $1250 and $1100. Like the first divided withdrawal, the $1250 wire transfer was approved and $1100 has been returned to pending status as a check withdrawal. AGAIN I reversed the withdrawal and then had to re-request it as a wire transfer and it has started all over with a new later date. At this moment, I am waiting on an approved wire transfer of $1250 (approved Oct 23). Besides this approved $1250, I still have pending withdrawal of $2150 that may get divided (???), a pending withdrawal of $1200 and a pending withdrawal of $1100. The total amount I am waiting on is $5700 but there has been no activity since Oct. 23. I have chatted online with POC reps and been told different reasons, the last being that the processors are just overloaded and for me to be patient. If the maximum withdrawals can be $2500 for wire transfers and the processors are overloaded, then why would my withdrawals get split which makes even more withdrawals for the processors???? I am tired of stalling excuses. I would like the remainder of my withdrawals totaling $5700 to be paid as soon as possible. It's been over 90 days from the original date.

Issues with the withdrawal method via wire transfer

In August, I decided to finally give the promotions a go on the site and deposited 100$ for a 250% deposit bonus match, I think-- some kinda huge match bonus though.

I played through the wagering requirement and also had a manager withdrawal of the coupon $100 from my winnings.

I've been trying to initiate a wire transfer for my winnings. Canadian player here banking with < removed >and also tried < removed > for wire info. After trying < removed > 2x, I contacted support, numerously actually, support stated < removed > does not accept international wire transfers, which doesn't make sense to me because my first time doing a wire transfer, I phoned customer service for < removed > & received all the information I needed for the wire transfer on Palace of Chance.

3rd time asking for support on what banks can accept the wire transfer, the closest answer I received was < removed > .

So I researched CAD banks that accept international wire transfers. I came across that my < removed > account has a wire transfer, and the information is < RBC >, so I sent the new information to POC email support, and once again.. they declined my withdrawal request!!

Not sure what to do from here on.

I even tried to ask if I can just withdraw using Coindraw, as I do have crypto wallets, but bcoz I didn't deposit using crypto, I guess I'm not eligible for that option.

I did make a deposit for confirmation wallet, though a few months back, but the currency is USD and I'm CAD, so the amount was too low for it 🙃
