Delaying my withdrawals since October
Hi my name is Matt.
On 10/17/23 I requested a withdrawal from Palace of chance Casino for the amount of $2000.
On 11/08/23 they approved a partial withdrawal for $1250 leaving a balance of $750. As of today 12/04/23 I haven't received my payment of $1250.
Also on 11/08/23 I requested a withdrawal for the balance of $750 and that withdrawal is still pending on 12/04/23.
All of my documents and paperwork are status approved there's no problem there. I've had numerous conversations with my Vip host Danna < surname removed > and all she has to say is that she has notified the finance team to expedite my withdrawal. All that Danna ever says to me is Matt be patient you will get paid, it's always the same song and dance with Danna. This is absolutely unacceptable.
On my part that Palace of chance Casino is not following their own Terms and conditions that they created. If me as a player must follow their terms and conditions they should really set an example and follow their own terms and conditions.
In all honesty I originally started this withdrawal on 08/09/23 and it was denied 3 times, that's why I started with the date of 10/17/23, that's when I did my 4th withdrawal request, but enough is enough with Palace of chance Casino.
I have all of my chats and email correspondence with them if needed. AskGamblers please help me resolve this issue with my withdrawal and payments.
