I have a withdrawal that was approved by the casino on March 18, over 7 weeks ago which I have not received yet. Despite several live chat sessions they have provide little reason for the delay. I also have other withdrawals that have been approved at other casinos that I am told in live chat that these withdrawals can not be sent until I receive the first one and cash. I believe this is totally inappropriate and a violation of their rules. I sent an email to the Payments at the casino customer service and got no reply.

I'm so sorry I hadn't gotten back to you sooner...
Your payment was already sent off to our processor, last week: 5/21 Paid $1368 + no Service Fee for transactions #69868609, #70521958. I've checked the processing notes and I see the wire was completed, Thursday, so I would expect you'll find the funds in your account, Monday or Tuesday (if not already).
While I'm at it, your payment for Grand Fortune was sent off to our processor, Thursday: 5/30 Paid $525.5 + $12.5 Service Fee for transaction #22771257.
I'd like to ask that once you confirm the payment for this account (Palace of Chance), that this complaint be closed. I'll still monitor your other two accounts to ensure those payments are sorted for you.
