Delayed Payments since 26th of June

I am submitting a complaint against Palace of Chance for delay of payment.

I have submitted a bitcoin withdraw on June 26th it was finally approved July 10th but still waiting for payment. When I submitted my request for a withdraw it states that it will be reviewed in 5 business days as you can see in a screen shot I submitted with this complaint. It took 10 business days just to approve my withdrawal request then I have to wait another 7-10 business days to receive my bitcoin withdrawal. When I ask casino rep why it says 5 business days to review but yet I am being told by casino rep that it takes 7-10 business days to review and that 5 business message when making withdraw is not correct. So in the past it was taking 5 days to get approved but now they changed it to 7-10 business days.

The casino seems like they are not trying to offer faster payouts like they stated if they changed the rule from 5 business days to 7-10 business days this makes no sense to me.

The reason I started playing at this casino was because they offered coindraw withdraw option which the casino says it takes 24-72 hours to receive bitcoin withdraw. They don't mention that you can you make only one coindraw withdraw, after that you are no longer provided the option to do coindraw you have to use either money transfer or pay by check which take up to 3-4 weeks to receive, or bitcoin withdraw which I am not sure what difference is between coindraw and bitcoin withdraw. They both supposed to be cryptocurrency, but coindraw 24-72 hours and bitcoin withdraw not even sure what the timeframe is supposed to be. Bitcoin is supposed to be faster method of withdraws from the majority of the casinos I have played on due to no 3rd party processors involved. But Palace of Chance takes the same amount of time to do bitcoin withdraw as long as it takes to get a payment by check but they advertise faster withdraw times.

Issues with the withdrawal method via wire transfer

In August, I decided to finally give the promotions a go on the site and deposited 100$ for a 250% deposit bonus match, I think-- some kinda huge match bonus though.

I played through the wagering requirement and also had a manager withdrawal of the coupon $100 from my winnings.

I've been trying to initiate a wire transfer for my winnings. Canadian player here banking with < removed >and also tried < removed > for wire info. After trying < removed > 2x, I contacted support, numerously actually, support stated < removed > does not accept international wire transfers, which doesn't make sense to me because my first time doing a wire transfer, I phoned customer service for < removed > & received all the information I needed for the wire transfer on Palace of Chance.

3rd time asking for support on what banks can accept the wire transfer, the closest answer I received was < removed > .

So I researched CAD banks that accept international wire transfers. I came across that my < removed > account has a wire transfer, and the information is < RBC >, so I sent the new information to POC email support, and once again.. they declined my withdrawal request!!

Not sure what to do from here on.

I even tried to ask if I can just withdraw using Coindraw, as I do have crypto wallets, but bcoz I didn't deposit using crypto, I guess I'm not eligible for that option.

I did make a deposit for confirmation wallet, though a few months back, but the currency is USD and I'm CAD, so the amount was too low for it 🙃
