I made 13 pending transaction requests totaling an amount of 32,000 USD , the oldest transaction date from 06/13/2021 .
I went onto live chat almost everyday it was escalated for approval many times and it still just sits there.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this situation and advise.

At this point, there are no further withdrawals to be approved or paid.
I've had a reconciliation of your account assembled, which I've sent over to you. Because you've had so many withdrawal requests and cancelations (literally hundreds), our Payments Manager had to pull those withdrawals which were approved and ultimately paid.
Hopefully the reconciliation will make sense and you'll see that everything owed for this account has now been paid.
