Delayed payment of 1750.00, withdrawal was submitted on January 3rd. Withdrawal is still in process and has not been approved. This has happened here before and it is the same story as before, where I will reach out and they continue to escalate the complaint. It has been 10 business days and past the 7 business day timeframe to approve the withdrawal. Hopefully I can get some help so I don’t have to wait over a month and a half again for my winnings.
