After sending in all my documents exactly as requested and waiting 5 days, I was told my documents were not received and the withdrawal was denied. It seems to be a trend with this Casino and other ones they operate as I'm going through the same exact thing with their sister casino RubySlots.

It should not really be this difficult to withdraw $100 after completing the wager and sending everything in. I hope I can get some help on here as I like the casino and was just trying to see how difficult it actually is to get your cash out before making a deposit. Live chat is not helpful, it's all copy/paste from a script. I've sent my documents in again in hopes I can actually get verified.

Please let us know if you have cooperated the casino and sent the required paperwork. Please be in aware in case you fail to respond within the given time AskGamblers Complaints Team will have no other option but to reject this complaint upon submitter's unwillingness to cooperate.

You can go ahead and close the complaint, it was not resolved as I will not send documents like immigration paperwork which I have no idea where it is since it’s been about 25 years now. Especially to these guys who mishandled simple documents 3-4 times and kept requesting the same paperwork.

Do yourself a favour and don’t play on here, you’ll never see a penny.
