I have corresponded with the Chat 3 times in the last 10 days about a $2500 payout from a 12/26/22 win. The 1st 2 times I was told the approval would be in 7 to 10 days since all my documents were received & in order. Today, my 3rd conversation I was told the approval was done on 12/31/22 even though it is not showing in my history and even though the other 2 people I spoke with didn't mention that info.
Today I was told I will receive payment this week but because no approval is showing, I have my doubts.
I would appreciate you looking into this for me.
