I have been waiting the approval of my payment and the payment $200 in Palace of Chance Casino for 40 days. I sent the documents many times and got the answer that the letter was sent. As I understand nobody checked the documents because the payment is declined constantly. According to the rules of the casino the sum of money isn' t more 200$ must be approved in 3 days. 40 days have already passed. I don't understand the reason of the delay of the payment. I ask to process my payment as soon as possible. Thank you.

Thank you. I got the payment. But I have one more problem. I can’t make a deposit in Palace of Chance casino, because my account is closed for doing this operation.
