I am trying to withdraw a large amount of money ($2k). I am going through the withdrawal process. I was able to successfully verify who I was. However; to withdraw, you must make a deposit first. I am attempting to do that and am getting an error. So I emailed customer service - 5 times in a 2 week period, and no responses. I’ve tried to call their customer support and you need a 6 digit pin which I do not have. I tried their online chat but unless you’ve made a deposit, that option isn’t available either. So email is the only way to contact them. And they have yet to respond. Please help.

Your account was closed temporarily, as when our Fraud Team did their checks (they do this will all players), they found that your phone number matched with another player. When reviewed a second time, they lifted the ban on your account and you should now be able to access it.
Regarding your withdrawal request, this has been denied. The reason for this is that you have used multiple free chips in a row, without making any real money deposits between. This goes against our terms and conditions which are quite clear:
