I apologize for the difficulties you've been experiencing with this.
I've reviewed your account and I see that your wire details were not accepted by our processor. Apparently you have a joint account, which is not allowed.
In order to have your payment issued, we'll need to receive either wire details from an alternate account (in your name only) or your Bitcoin crypto address. I've attached my email address--please send me your alternate wire details or crypto address directly to me. Once I receive this, I'll arrange for your payment to be sorted.
