3 months and counting
Hello, I was a fortunate winner of $10000 dollars at Palace of Chance Casino way back on April 10 2022. What should have been something to celebrate has turned into nothing but a frustrating and very time consuming problem.
On April 10 I won 10k playing on their slot machines. I promptly requested 4 withdrawals of $2500 via Bitcoin as Palace of Chance site will only issue max $2500 withdrawals. Understanding that the casino has very clear guidelines of withdrawal wait times i patiently waited a month for a payment. Nothing came. After a quick investigation I noticed that the casino had cancelled all of my withdrawal requests for no reason. I contacted chat and was told id have to request again. Not good. That means the withdrawal timeline had been reset. Ok. Requested and resent bitcoin addresses again on May 14 2022. That was 62 days ago plus the initial month I waited. Nothing. All my documents have already been approved. I've contacted chat numerous times during this period. I've never been given any straight forward answers. I'm told I'm not allowed to speak to any managers and no agents on chat have any capability to resolve this. The agents were telling me they would escalate the issue but that has been futile as numerous escalations have been made. I'm not given any timelines and now when I try to speak with chat I get a message someone will be with me shortly and I sit in purgatory for as long as I have the patients for, sometimes as long as an hour. That is very poor customer service.
To be very clear, I would like this issue resolved immediately and to be paid in full for the $10000 dollar balance owed to me. I have followed and abided by all the expectations put forth on my end but unfortunately the casino has not. There is no need at this point for the casino to only issue one of my payments at a time as i am very confident i will need to come back here to file another complaint for a lack of payment of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th request. payment in full is needed.
