Palace of Chance Casino - Payment delayed, no response and explanation why

My withdrawal was approved in the right amount of time. But I have spoken to the VIP manager everyday and he keeps telling me that there are payment delays with no other explanation. My payment was supposed to be sent to the processor on 8/23/2015 today is 9/30/2015 and it has still not been sent to the processor! I am so frustrated with them as they give you no response as.to what is going on and why there is a delay!

Hi Jill1432,

It is my understanding that you were contacted by our Escalations Manager via email notifying you that your payment was sent 10/1/15 and should available in 7-10 banking days.

Can you confirm that you were contacted by the casino's Escalations Manager and that you were notified about the payment? Are you satisfied with the casino's response, can we close this complaint as resolved?
