Account restricted without saying why


Hello first time poster but recently got into playing slots. So I’m very new to this and just trying to find the best way to not get screwed by these online sites. I have read so many horror stories and well I’m just hoping mine doesn’t turn out to be one of them. So here it is.

I recently opened a couple accounts at a few online casinos; raging bull casino, slotocash, and Planet 7 Casino. I also signed up for coolcat but yet to deposit and probably won’t be.

So basically I was able to redeem a bonus where I got a 250% match bonus and some spins with a no play / no max bonus. So I deposited $250 on my credit card and got an extra $525 in match bonus play. What I did than was play through and meet the requirements to withdraw that same day.

But when I went to withdraw they told me I had to send documents which I did, than after submitting the documents I just started to play again.

I was playing on their sister site and also had done the same thing where I got a bonus offer with a no play / no max bonus. Unfortunately I lost all those funds after finding out that you are not able to withdraw the bonus match funds “sticky bonus?”

Let me tell you I’m a novice when it comes to all these terms and conditions and I feel like many people who don’t understand the lingo will get screwed out of their money.

So I found out that i could only withdraw my original funds once I had the D + B funds than I would only be getting my original Deposit and not my Bonus match I played through. So I accepted it and started to play some more to see if I could get over that amount so maybe I could cash out some of my money back and then some, but no luck.

So after losing everything in RagingBullCasino, I logged in my their sister site Planet 7 Casino where I also assumed now I couldn’t cash out my withdrawal since I won’t be able to withdraw the match bonus “which I did not know or really didn’t understand how it worked.”

So I cancelled that withdrawal and with the total I amount I had left in my balance I was on a mission to get it high enough where I could cash out a profit hopefully. So I’m playing and I’m actually thinking of cashing out as now I’m at a point where I have enough funds to cash out and meet the requirements of being able to cover the match bonus and my original deposit and than a little extra.

I’m continuing to play and all of a sudden my balance goes to $0 dollars. I’m on my phone playing and try to log back in but it says my account is restricted and I cannot login. I try my computer and it says the same thing. What is going on??

I’m not sure what they are trying to pull but this is totally not right. I pumped in money to multiple sites and I can’t login or access my funds? This is ridiculous and higher authorities will be notified if this is not resolved.

So I’m not exactly sure if my issue has been resolved but I did receive and email today saying that my documents have been verified and account verified. I tried to login and I was able too. I also see the balance I had prior to losing acesss to the account is also the same. Can you verify with me that this issue with the deposit and my account status has been resolved?
