Hello, I'm hoping you can help resolve my situation with Royal Ace Casino. I presently have approved withdrawals totaling
$6,587 the majority of which has recently been kicked back to the cashier.
My first request for a withdrawal was back on 3/27/17 and it was approved on on 4/21/17 for $1,535. Then there was $1,525
approved on 4/26/17 and $1,737 approved on 4/26/17 and finally $1,790 on 1/30/18.
I have sent them all the documents they requested and they have confirmed they received them in good order. I read all the
terms and conditions when I first started playing and read them again before I requested a payout to make sure I was doing
everything right according to Royal Ace.
I have made many attempts to get paid but to no avail.
Please help me receive the money I am owed.

This last payment appears to be a bit slower than usual and I'm still waiting on tracking. The moment I see it come through (should be any day, now), I'll be back.
