Royal Ace Casino - Owed $6,587 since April 2017

Hello, I'm hoping you can help resolve my situation with Royal Ace Casino. I presently have approved withdrawals totaling
$6,587 the majority of which has recently been kicked back to the cashier.

My first request for a withdrawal was back on 3/27/17 and it was approved on on 4/21/17 for $1,535. Then there was $1,525
approved on 4/26/17 and $1,737 approved on 4/26/17 and finally $1,790 on 1/30/18.

I have sent them all the documents they requested and they have confirmed they received them in good order. I read all the
terms and conditions when I first started playing and read them again before I requested a payout to make sure I was doing
everything right according to Royal Ace.

I have made many attempts to get paid but to no avail.

Please help me receive the money I am owed.

There is one last withdrawal pending. A $1,400 withdrawal on 4/4/18 was kicked back to the
cashier which I than withdrew again. This is the last of the funds owed to me by Royal Ace.

This final payment is being sent off to our processor, this morning. Please note that there was a bonus attached to it, which has been removed (HEAVENLY350 (9 of 9999)(50 free spins) $276.50)--the total of your withdrawal to be paid is $1123. i would expect to have tracking for this, early next week (possibly sooner).
