I made several withdrawls in late feb and early march totaling 4300.00. I just finally received 106.00 from feb over 2 months and am now being told I will be receiving another 206.00 in 10 days and will receive small amounts every 10 days. At that rate all withdrawls will be 2 - 4 months old before received. Way past their guidelines.

I'm sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.

I've reviewed your account and I do see a payment has already been sent off to be processed (on the 26th)--I would expect to see tracking on this by mid-week this coming week.

Your next payment will go off this coming week and we should have tracking on this by mid-week, the following week.

I was on chat today and still have not sent withdrawl and no tracking and told me first withdrawl is only 206.00 and will have to wait another week after that to get another withdrawl. VIP customer and I am extremely disappointed. I requested it on 3/7 was finally sent on 4/25 and was told 2 days to arrive and still nothing
