Not yet received payouts


I have approved payouts with planet 7 casino , i was following up with customer service , they said last week that my case is now with escalation department and asked me to email to *****@­cas­ino­sup­por­tce­nte­r.com , which I did and had not received any response yet

i don't understand why is it taking so long when it is already approved ,its been already 3 months since approved now , i am calling customer care and not getting correct response from there too

I'm so frustrated with this, as the wire should have arrived by now (I'm certain you're even more frustrated). :-(

As it's the weekend, I'm not in the office right now so I'm unable to check--I'll make it a priority to look into what's happened, first thing Monday.
