Not yet received payouts
I have approved payouts with planet 7 casino , i was following up with customer service , they said last week that my case is now with escalation department and asked me to email to *****@casinosupportcenter.com , which I did and had not received any response yet
i don't understand why is it taking so long when it is already approved ,its been already 3 months since approved now , i am calling customer care and not getting correct response from there too
