Not receiving a payment


In October 2016 I won $659.00 I cashed out sent my info in and waited in about two weeks I emailed them and they said they didn't have the paperwork to forward my money so I resent it. And on November 8th they took my money out of my playing account and said it would be on the way. By December 9th I emailed them again and asked where my money was and they told me sorry for the delay and they would send it to finance and because of the holidays it may take some time. Well here it is a new year and I emailed them about a week ago and they told me they did not have my paperwork to send me my money this business is such a cat and mouse game it is ridiculous. You never get emailed by the same person the phone number does not work and I never hear from them. I'm at my last straw. So if you are thinking about signing up for there casino Planet 7 think again you will not get paid.

I'm so very sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this.

I've reviewed your account and I do see that your payment has already been sent off to be processed. I'm hoping tracking will be in before the end of the week--at the latest, early next week.

As soon as your tracking comes through, I'll be back to update this thread.
