LeoVegas Casino - Not received my withdrawals

I made two withdrawals at Leovegas 30.03. One for 1800 euros and one for 500 euros.
The same day I got an e-mail to provide some documents. I replyed straight away and on the 31.03 I got an email that all my documents was vertified and my withdrawals was made. On their page they state 10 min - 3 working days until receive cashouts from bank wire, my preffered method.

05.04 - money still have not arrived.

I tried to contacted Leo Vegas, but the only answer I get is that I just have to wait. They dont know when or if the withdrawal have been processed.

To update: I got an e-mail stated that the withdrawal was cancelled due to technical problems. They also stated that I should "try to" use trustly if I wanted to withdraw in the future. 2300 euros was back at my account. Withdrawed it again 05.04 through Trustly as adviced.

07.04 - Payment is still not received. 10 min - 3 days is now 8 days and Leo Vegas do not know where my money is or if the withdrawal have been made.

I've spoken to a lot of people in the community and they say this happens alot if you withdraw larger cash amount at Leo Vegas.

Hi Andre.

I have looked into this for you and understand that, as you mentioned, there was an issue with the method of the initial transfer you had requested. When referring a time frame that withdrawals should arrive to your account they are in reference to a specific method. When a withdrawal is cancelled for whatever reason, whether it be transfer issue or at the players request, obviously the initial timeframe mentioned is no longer applicable.

I have a receipt on record of the most recent withdrawal transferred to your account, I am told has been sent to you, also. These funds should arrive to your account by Monday. For any reason, if they do not, I am happy to look into this for you.

Got my funds today. Thanks to askgamblers for their support! Case (and account on Leo Vegas) closed!
