Not paying withdrawals in timely fashion


I have two separate withdrawals that were approved on the same date March 24 ($834 & $800) and all I get from several live chat sessions is that they have expedited it to their finance department. I have sent emails as well as the live chat and received no response from them. This is not the first that I have had to file a complaint with Planet 7 casino to get paid.
