Casino - Not paying my withdrawal

I joined the site and won 100EURO, I requested a withdrawal, as I hd not had a bonus...I sent all relevent documents, and waited for my account to be verified, this was 2TWO weeks ago I have sent more than 30 emails and always get the same reply..."we have sent documents to relevant deprtament", than they asked for my passport copy 10 days later, which I emailed to them and still nothing, it is impossible to contact them and get a reply, other than messaging Emmanuel ******************* the CEO, on his personal Facebook site I do not know what to do....100EURO is small amount to them but to me is a large amount, please help!!!
