Not paying


I won 2000 at the beginning of the year. The fineprint states that only 1000 can be withdrawn. Have sent in all documents required in order for them to pay me and my withdrawel has been appoved. They have told me several times that it will be in my bank within the coming week but have recently stopped replying to my emails. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
