Not honoring my payment

I wagered all the requirements. I was able to withdrawal the money. I sended all the requred documents. I personally saw that the copies I sent where as clear as can be, aftet speaking with a representative and after I believe seeing the copies I sent my request was foward the next day I received an email saying my withdrawal was denied. I chatef with another representative he told me the copy of my id wss not clear. I believe there are trying to delay or not honor the payment please help.

We are not trying to delay or withhold your winnings, however, the documents you've sent (mainly your ID) is barely readable, is not even a color photo. At best, it is a scan of a xerox copy and we cannot accept this as a reasonable form of identification. To prove this, I would be happy to share what we have received, privately, with AskGamblers management, with your permission.

Until we receive a proper, CLEAR scan/photograph of your identification, we cannot process your withdrawal.
