Not being paid and no one respond


I made a withdrawal. They were very timely in approving it. Contacted me to verify. But now at a stand still since feb. 12. Can not get anyone to respond they will not email me back I talked them on live chat and they will not give me an answer yet I am not getting any satisfaction to where my withdrawal is. Seems to me just a run around game. I have three pending withdrawals with them cuz I thought it was a good gaming site. Can someone help?

I'm sorry It was at another casino the third. I did get both withdrawals from captain jack. Thank you so much for looking in to this for me. I will visit your casino again. Thank for for the speedy response!

I've looked further into this and although you've stated you've made three withdrawals, I only see that there are two. Can you please let me know if the third withdrawal is within another casino?
