I am not receiving any emails from stake. And no I am not talking about only bonuses here but I am not receiving any emails of promotion or anything for that matter.
Support asked me to check spam and junk which I did. Then they asked me to check with email provider again I did and stake is not blocked either in my mailing list
Later they said its not in there control since its handled by marketing team.
When I asked them to escalate this issue with marketing team they told me they cant do that
I asked them how can I reach out to marketing team they told me I can’t
Now what is happening there? I have been stake customer for 5 years and suddenly I dont receive emails from stake I raise the issue and they just keep me hanging
