Nonpayment of winnings


I have won $240.00 on Silver Oak Casino and submitted all the proper paperwork and withdrawal was approved in January . It is now March and I can't get ahold of customer service all they have is a voicemail to leave message. I just don't understand would the employees there work for free? Then why take a part in a scam and blacklisted casino.

I've reviewed your account and I do see that your payment was sent to be processed earlier this week. With this in mind, I would expect you'll see the funds reflected in your bank account early next week.

What happens if they don't respond? How is this legal? They have no live customer service all voicemails
