(2) Withdrawals in the amount of $2500 (One for $1500 and one for $1000) have not been paid via Bitcoin.

Numerous emails and chats to no avail.

All required documents have bent sent over numerous times. Only have one name of an individual (Amy < surname removed > CS manager).

Have been told numerous times to resend docs and every single time no one can seem to find them and nothing has being noted on my account.

I am continuously being told they will "prioritize" my request only to have them go silent and not respond to my emails.

I have sent their requests to multiple different email address as they have requested.

Excuses used,,,,
1) High volume of emails.
2) Can't locate my info.
3) It's holiday and we are not working.
