Non-payment of withdrawals after weeks!

I played slots on Rich Casino and won $1,100. I was told I have to play through any bonuses I was given to reach the clearing amounts, which I did. I verified that the funds were clear and were in my account and was able to withdraw them. I asked support a few times (please see attached) if there are any limitations on my withdrawal and was told no that after I verified my account (which I did) the funds would be mine to withdraw. So, they verbally told me more than one time that I was able to withdraw the full $1,100 with no limitations.

I am still waiting for my funds to be deposited. I have contacted support several times and seems like I have to chase them down and when I ask a question sometimes all I get back as an answer is “sure”

Now, today some rude person, with their support chat, tells me that they will only give me a limited amount of my money an the rest will be voided. This is the OPPOSITE of what I was told earlier. Why are they saying one thing one day and then when I try to withdraw money they tell me something else?

Then, Recently, I tried to withdraw my funds and I was told i need to deposit a min of $25. Then I was told I need play a min of $1400 in order to withdraw. They automatically put the $25 I deposited in a bonus, which I never requested. After much arguing they finally removed my deposit from the bonus and I tried to withdraw again.

This time they told me I had to fill out a voucher to withdraw funds. They also asked me again for the same ID I already sent them with the voucher. I then filled out this so called voucher and then I look today and my funds have been reversed back to my account.

I believe this is another stall tactic to then say i need to deposit another min $25 as it has to be within 5 days they say of my request to withdraw.

I have tried to contact them at accoun­t@r­ich­cas­ino.com regarding this but they ignore my emails.

After no response to my emails i contacted their chat support and was told to make a withdraw request using money wire request, as this would be the fastest method. I then did so only to see that this transfer had been declined.

I then contacted their accounts by email with no success to find out why the withdraw was not processed, so I contact chat support again and this time they tell me I need to use Ecopayz to withdraw funds. I then re-submitted the withdraw request using Ecopayz and again the withdraw request was cancelled After even more emails to their accounts department they tell me that it was cancelled because they did not have my Ecopayz account number. To even request a withdrawal on Rich Casino through Ecopayz you have to enter your Ecopayz account number, which I did, so to say they did not have my account number is false. I then send them my Ecopayz account number and tried to contact them 3 times but no answer and no money received.

It is funny that you say I have to wait longer to withdraw even though your own emails contradict what you are saying, Please look at this correspondence back on APRIL 23 where you state I can request $500 a week.

Today is May 13 (21 day after you said I am able to request $500 per week) and so far you only sent one payment and still have an outstanding amount of $625 you refuse to pay.

All I want to do it to resolve this matter now. I don't know why this casino prefers to find ways to delay payment, when they approved withdraws almost a month ago and again a week later.

Why does Rich Casino, based in Curacao, want to prolong this process?

I am disputing RichCasino’s decision to not approve withdrawal on the total amount of my recent winnings. I will provide screenshots from my RichCasino reconciliation page and the relevant Terms & Conditions from their User Agreement which outlines what is and isn’t a considered a bonus.

I’ll briefly explain the relationship between RichCasino and myself, and the events that led up to them refusing my winnings valued at $26,271 AUD.

I have had vip status with Rich Casino for quite a while and currently am the highest level they offer to players. I have an agreement with Ron the VIP Manager that for all deposits under 2000 I receive 20% cash back and anything over 50%. In the event I have incurred considerable loses he will manually apply real cash to my account. On the 26th of July 2022 I had made enough deposits for him to approve 300AUD “Real Cash”. This adjustment has the same classification as “Cash-back Bonuses” described in section 3.14. of their Bonus Rules.

I have never had any wagering requirements or max bet size on these Real Cash additions which could only ever be approved by Ron. They would always be added to my cash balance and I have never requested deposit bonuses due to the fact wagering requirements, bet and win limits would then apply to my winnings.

I have won several times with these Real Cash Additions in the past where I successfully withdrew LTC valued at roughly 2000AUD.

Also I had asked the question countless times if there was wager, bet or win limits on these additions and was always told there are no terms and conditions associated as it is “Real Cash” and not a bonus. And I’ll prove that in the screenshots that follow.

Please note that in the Reconciliation screenshots the 300 in which the disputed winnings came from does not appear in “Bonus Awarded” or “Bonus Detail” but in the “Manual Adjustment” section alongside cash back defined as a “Monetary Reward based on real loses”. Ron would not ever apply these Real Cash additions if I hadn’t made any deposits. And the amount he would add would be based off my deposit activity. Nowhere in their User Agreement or Terms and Conditions does it pertain to “Cash Bonus” that is based off my deposits which has no wager or bet size limit and a max withdrawal of 500. He has picked sections from multiple sub-parts and applied them all in his favour to avoid paying me.
