A withdrawal of $2500 was requested Sept 15 and approved Sept 27 (09/27/2017 03:54 AM, Check Withdrawal Approved! -$2,500.00). On subsequent chats with VIP customer services on Oct 10 and Oct 17, I was told each time that it has been "escalated" and I would receive payment within a week. Over a month has elapsed and still no payment. I have only received excuses and delay tactics from customer services.
