Non-payment and non-refund


I recently won money in July of 2017. I hit for $1500. It was on the game cash bandits 2. I was approved for payment in August, after 2 months not only was I not paid, but i was sent a VIP code in the mail from Windsor White. Mr. White went as far as to apologize and offer me a one time VIP code. After making a deposit in September on Thursday evening for $80, i was told that Planet 7 would not honor the code, because i was not VIP, and I should have never received the letter in the first place. After getting in a verbal argument with a man name Dan, i was told my money would be refunded to me and I would receive my winnings of $1500, and they where now banning me from there casino. It has been weeks since this happened and now planet 7 is telling me they will not pay me. Customer service has promised to call back and resolve the situation , but not only have they not called back, they refuse to help me. But are ok with stealing my winnings and my $80 on top of that.
