Non-approval and delayed payment


I need some help. I have been owed $4,565 for some time by the Captain Jack Casino.

I first requested a withdrawal on $2,265 on May 16, 2017. I made a second withdrawal request, for $2,300, on May 30, 2017. Neither of these withdrawal requests has been approved as of today’s date, July 9, 2017.

All of my documents are in order at Captain Jack, and I have successfully made previous withdrawals.

Please help me. It doesn’t seem to me that it should take months to approve withdrawals. I have made a number of inquiries, and have been told (several times) that the approvals have been “expedited”. Thank you.
