My withdrawal request has just disappeared
A few months ago I submitted for a withdrawal to this casino after winning a few hundred dollars. I submitted my paperwork, ie drivers license, credit card, utility bill, and that was received promptly with no issue. I believe they said they had it the exact same day. Fast forward at least 2 months at this point and I have been given the same run-around by their agents multiple times per week. The term "escalate" seems to be used a lot. They tell me it has been escalated to the finance department, but isn't that what should be happening in the first place? It's now the holiday season which I had hoped to use these winnings on, and they are no where to be found. I don't even show a pending withdrawal on my account. Just a zero balance and no winnings. Please help.
