No way to email requested verification paperwork


I requested a bitcoin withdrawal of $850 on May 14, 2017. Since then, I have tried nearly every day to get the casino the proper documents for my withdrawal. The address they gave me is docume­nts­@pl­ane­t7m­ail.com. I have sent the required documents and pictures to this email almost 20 times from gmail, 3 times from a yahoo email account, once from a mail.com account, and once from an aol account. NONE of these allowed me to send the email. What on earth is happening here? My withdrawal will not be approved until they have the documents, but it's impossible for them to receive them because I can't send them. Is there some email I'm supposed to use that will work?

Ok great news! I have received my withdrawal via bitcoin! The full $850 was sent this morning! That being said, the whole process has been quite the headache. I did finally get my withdrawal, which is great. Thank you Planet 7 for finally getting me the money I was lucky enough to walk away with.

I'm sorry for the frustration you've experienced with this.

I'll be speaking with my Payments Manager in the morning to request this be paid straight away. I would imagine this will be sorted out for you in the next day or two. Of course, I'll be back to confirm once the payment has been made.
