No Response on Verification /Delayed Withdrawal

I am a little concerned, because I have followed all polices and procedures about getting verified so I can take my winnings. However it has been over a month now with no response. I had spoken with someone in chat about it and they said they expedited my request. Yet still I have had no response. My Withdrawl was declined because of this and I would like to receive my payout of $1000. Can someone please look into this for me. I have the chat transcript if needed as well as the email sent to the payout Dept and the verification Dept. Thank You!

I just received a check from FedEx today for the amount I withdrew. However, I will not know if it is valid until four weeks due to it being an international check. I will let you know if it clears with my bank as soon as I am aware.

Now I am Really upset! Now I login to my account and the $1000 they put back into my account is now somehow mysteriously missing! It says .77cents!! I have attached screenshots. Please look into this!!
