Live Chat after being knocked off the server many times due to no activity for long periods of time. Shawn on Live Chat told me my payment was sent to the processor and it should be received shortly. I still have received nothing and it has surpassed their time limited posted on their web page for withdrawals. I still cannot get through via their customer service number and noone seems to come on live chat now. Would you please help me with this?
