Quasar Gaming Casino - My deposit is not credited and their support do not respond

I deposited 25 euros by Paysafe card. It is been 24 hours and my account is still not credited. I try to reach support by phone and trough email, but only got automaticly messages. I sent them at least 5 messages and no response from them. Their support should be in reach 24/7 days all year and every hour but they are not. What is going on? Please help.
