Payments worth 1300 euro not paid after weeks


Hi,

I made 3 withdrawals on 17 and 18.01.2017 which was ( 700, 500 and 800) the first one on 17.01 was 700 and i received it after 2 weeks from the withdrawal, The remaining till now not received. i asked them about that and they reply with the below email:

Hi,

I sent an email personally to Hamo00141 with a proof of payment on all 3 of his pending withdrawals (as he has made a new withdrawal since the 2 above).

We provided the bank with all the extra information they asked for and made all 3 withdrawals as same day payments at an extra charge of €20 on each one in order for Hamo00141 to receive his money as quickly as possible.

I have asked both Hamo00141 and the bank to update us once the funds have been successfully added to the account.
