Well, I use to be a VIP with this casino before their move and now I'm joining the rest of those who are awaiting withdrawals. Their customer service is nonexistent. You can't reach them by phone, their email bounces back and their on-line chat agents continually give you the run around. It's a shame too, since they were a good casino at one time. Their VIP agents would actually talk to you on the phone and even award you with appreciation chips from time to time. Then the move! I have an approved withdrawal of $250 on November 17, 2016 going on 60 days now with no update, and a approved withdrawal of $850 on December 8, 2016 over 30 days. No one wants to keep playing at their casino if there is no chance to withdraw any winnings. You would think they would understand this!!! Either they are so swamped and disorganized they can't catch up or it's all a major scam. I would like to think it's the former. Thank you!
