I won about 1600.00 nine days ago. I have sent emails and no one responds to me, I go on live chat and the finance dept. is never on line. I talk to customer service only on live chat because they don't have a phone number and all they say is I have to talk to finance. all I want to know is if it has been verified and approved and when i might get the money. please help
