Withdrawal approved 2 months ago


May 24th requested withdraw. Issues getting documents approved. June 1st withdraw denied. June 2nd documents approved. Resubmitted withdraw claim. After weeks of emailing asking for updates withdraw was approved Jun26th. it's now August 18th and i email call and chat every couple of days with no response on emails except for the auto email that they will get back to you in 1 business day. Chat just says they are working on it.. Phone number only goes to voicemail. Not sure what else I'm supposed to write here to describe this situation. They seem very willing to take my money and have no interest in paying out when I win. When I first signed up i read reviews and it seemed like they had issues in the past that were now resolved. Seems that these issues have reared their head again. What are the other steps a person could take here to encurage them to pay the money due. Are they obligated to pay? Thank you I did receive the check. I it however from a canadian bank and bank of america said it will take 6-8 weeks to get the funds secured before they can deposit. I'll update when I have the Funds.
