I deposited 200 and won 2499. I sent in all required documentation and according to the account history on their site my withdraw was approved. I was sent an email by the lobby manager that my account was certified. A few weeks later I spoke to a customer service rep who said my account was never certified so I emailed the lobby manager who tells me the account was certified but they never withdrew my original deposit from my bank account so my withdraw was denied and my casino account is at zero. How could I have played to begin with if they didn't withdraw funds from my account? They actually didn't. But that's not my fault. They should just deduct it now, right? Why am I being penalized for their mistake?
