No payment received


On Nov. 4,2016 I made a withdrawal request for $500 and I faxed planet 7 all the necessary verification documents a few days later. As of this date Jan 9, 2017 I have not received no payment . I have sent planet 7 several emails regarding my payment with no reply I have tried to contact them by online chat and telephone but all they told me was my withdrawal was approved but didn't say or answer any thing else regarding my money. I have tried to co tact them a few more times by inline chat but I get put on hold sometimes for over twenty minutes I eventually hang up.. or they say they have to direct me to another department and nobody comes back online.

I received payment from Planet 7 a check was desexed to me on 1/31/2017 for $500.06 . I thank Ask Gamblers for their help and planet 7 for responding so quickly. And processing the payment I will continue to gamble at Planet 7 because I like the games and the winnings and they are a legitimate website. This issue has been resolved.
