No payment or verification of payment being processed
I submitted a withdrawal request on October 11 for $1,000. I then sent my verification documents 4 times. 2 times to the managers email I was directed to send them to. I talked to a customer service rep again 2 days ago and they said not to send the documents anymore that " to be frank,the processing department is going through changes and not to worry I will get my money." I still have not gotten an email or any information on when my payment will be sent. The withdrawal section of my account no longer shows the$ 1,000 pending withdrawal.
