No payment or information about it after 47 days


I had a withdrawal of $925.00 that was approved on June 1, 2017. Speaking to one of the representatives, they informed me that I would be placed on the expedited list due to the fact that I was moving. However, 47 days later, I have not received anything and when I asked another representative about it, they stated that they could not give me any information on what was going on. They said they could only inform me that everything was still moving forward. I am worried that I will not receive my withdrawal with me moving and I need help!
