No Payment, No Answers

Asked for withdrawal of $11,500 on January 3rd, send in documents and sent in wire instructions. No payment to date and every time I ask them the status they say I need to resend the docs or the docs are in a processing department but they have no idea when i will get paid. How can that be? I'm getting nervous that I will not receive anything from them.

As I mentioned previously, we have already sent the first wire--please let me know if you've received this.

In the meantime, your next wire has already been sent off to be processed. I would expect you'll see this reach your account towards the end of the week.

I'll continue to monitor this issue.
