Horrible Casino..I am still awaiting payment since withdrawal requested on November 13, 2017. Was told I needed to send a new authorization form sent that in twice and still nothing. Does not answer or return calls if message left. No response to any emails. And every time I use live chat I am to;d they apologize for the delay and it will be taken care of but still nothing. They are happy to take your deposits but does not like to payout.

Hi Nancy--
This is good news/not-so-good news...
The good news is that your documents are all in order, so things are good when you are able to make a withdrawal.
The not-so-good news is that your withdrawal is being declined, as you've not yet reached the playthrough threshold. You made your deposit of $100, using a Players Reward Card (PRC). The PRC requires a 25x playthrough and carries a max cash-out amount of 2x.
In your situation, up until this point, you've only wagered $630 of the necessary $2500 to reach the point where you can make a successful withdrawal. Further, please remember, you will only be able to withdraw $200, as this would be 2x the value of your PRC deposit.

Q: Are there restrictions on my Rewards Balance?
Yes, restrictions apply. Your Rewards Balance works in the same way as a Free Play Bonus – your balance is for wagering purposes only, and only winnings from the bonus (and not the bonus itself) may be cashed-out.
A maximum of two (2) times the amount of the Players Rewards Card amount deposited may be cashed-out from the partner Casinos.
At the time of a cash-out, the amount of the Players Rewards Card amount deposited and any additional bonus redeemed will be deducted from your Rewards Balance.
In order to withdraw winnings from your Rewards Balance, the following requirements must be fulfilled:
The Players Rewards Card amount deposited and any deposit bonus taken at a partner Casino must be wagered a minimum of twenty five (25) times before qualifying for any cash-outs. Winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Despite the specific rules on a bonus taken at a Casino, the 25 times requirement will remain.
Only bets placed in Slots, Keno, European Slot Poker, and Scratch Card games will be allowed. Any other game is restricted.
IMPORTANT: Wagering on restricted games will void all Rewards winnings.
The funds are still in your account, so you can continue to play--hopefully, you'll reach that $2500 playthrough requirement.
Until such time, there are no pending withdrawals pending either approval or payment. As such, I respectfully ask that AskGamblers close this issue.
All the best,
Tawni
