No payment, checks approved in October


I have had three checks approved since October 28th, 2016. Totaling $350.00. I have two checks pending totaling $500.00. I have used Planet7 chat help line over a dozen times and saved every transcript. I have emailed Planet7 several times and never received a reply. I have completed the withdraw request banking paperwork twice, faxed and emailed and managers have told me that they received it and I should receive my checks soon around the 2nd week in November. The checks have been expedited three times. I have been told that the check requests were transferred to payout processing several times. Excuses for the delayed payments were: Too many withdraw request were being processed and the relocation of the offices. I have been assured by chat managers numerous times that the checks should start arriving soon. As of 12/15/2016, still no email confirmations or other communications. I have attached the last chat session. Please help.

Consider this resolved. Check received and deposited on 12/22/16. Still waiting on two more checks totaling $425.00, but hey, it's only been two weeks since they were approved. I'm guessing the end of January for them to be sent.

Nice surprise today. Received a check for $325 and a email from Fedex with a tracking number. Check was originally for $350 but Planet 7 subtracted $25 as a processing fee. Next step is to deposit the check and wait and see if it clears. I have received checks from Canada before from a different casino and have never had a problem. Check was cleared almost immediately from the other casino. I will update after the deposit. So now I will probably have to wait another month or two for the next approved checks to be sent.
