Been a month already and still no payment
I withdrawled $1,100 on 3/10. On 3/23, the withdrawal was approved by the manager. They asked me for payment details. I requested a wire transfer and I've yet to hear anything on this matter nor have any funds showed in my account. Customer service just tells me that "it's processing". Why do they say they'll settle payments in 7-10 working days when that is clearly not the case? I would just like my money so I can find a reputable casino. Thank you!
