No payment of $5200 after months


Hello! I made a withdrawal of $5200 in early november. I have called many times and receive the same runaround every time. I was last told it was in finance and they reviewed it on wednesday, january 18th. I want to continue playing at planet 7 but refuse to deposit until I receive my check. Any updates would be great appreciated as I have no received any of y winnings.
