Stalling verification and payments


Planet 7 Casino keeps telling me that I have not sent my documents for my withdrawal. I have sent them now THREE TIMES. This time they said my utility bill wasn't submitted but it was in the attached documents I sent ALL THREE TIMES. This company is jerking me around and is basically refusing to withdraw my funds that are due to me. I'm sick of being told to resend and check back in a few days and this is getting out of hand. They have received all of my documents and I want my withdrawal cut ASAP I'm due $7500.00!

Please let us know if there's an update regarding your ongoing complaint. Please keep in mind that you are supposed to reply within the given 96-hours time frame, otherwise AskGamblers Complaints Team will consider the case as Resolved and it will be closed accordingly.

I'm very sorry you had issues with this and of course, I'll want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. I'm not certain you've been given accurate information, as you're the only person who has come back with this issue from this period of time. This is not to say that there's not a problem with this, as things do crop up from time to time. Processing for US players is just very, very difficult, unfortunately. :-(

In any event, to resolve this, I'll need to receive a letter from your bank indicating the problem (I've just sent you an email regarding this). Once I receive your reply, I'll be able to move forward to have this resolved for you, straight away.

I deposited my last payment of 501.00 and it bounced. The bank it was issued from stated they no longer do business with this company. In addition, I was charge a 32.00 fee for the check bouncing. This payment took forever to be resolved and now I am having to come back after fighting for months for a 8500.00 pay out. I am looking for the remaining 500.01 via CERTIFIED FUNDS and compensation for the fee I was assessed. I'm very disappointed in how this has been handled from the get go.
